Enrolled bills, 1892-1894.

These are transcripts of acts and resolutions passed by the General Assembly; signed by representatives of the Senate and House of Representatives; and approved, dated, and signed into law by Governor John Young Brown. Occassionally measures were passed which the governor refused to approve. Included are acts concerning the creation and regulation of private corporations; the structures of the educational system and the courts of justice; the improvement and enlargement of the penitentiaries and the lunatic asylums; and the formation of election districts.
